Differentiating for Learning Styles…’meh’.

I’m going to be blunt in saying that I feel way too many teachers put way too much stock in the idea of multiple intelligences and learning styles. Differentiation of instruction is a needed push in Ohio education right now, and I hear too often of these ideas driving the differentiation process, as opposed to modifying the learning pathway, pace, product, or level of rigor. The evidence speaks for itself (as it always has, just not enough people know about it)….
